Eli Lilly Reports Progress With Cancer Drug

Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly and Co.'s (NYSE: LLY) cervical cancer drug GEMZAR has concluded a Phase III trial with positive results. The global study found 74 percent of patients given GEMZAR with the standard treatment showed no cancer progression, compared to 65 percent of those who only received the standard treatment.
